Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method has been described as a new way of thinking about health. It opens up the awareness and possibility in all aspects of life.

Developed by Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, it is a method that has touched the lives of millions all over the world. At the basis of the approach is mindful movements; and while it is hard to imagine what it is without having done a class (no, it’s not really like yoga, pilates, meditation, or mindfulness; nor is it comparable to physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic or haptonomy), it has a substantial impact on all sorts all aspects of your being – whether you are an athlete, musician, actor, teacher, lawyer, designer, parent, student, baby …

I was very privileged to undertake my Feldenkrais training with one of Moshe’s first pupils, Mia Segal, and have attended workshops and trainings all over the world since then.
